Daniel Gilman Calderón

Researcher.

With REMAP, Daniel is focusing on the relationship between theory and practice, and is currently cowriting a paper using the UCLA TFT Future Storytelling Summer Institute 2019 as a case study. His research interests include transmedia storytelling, and he is currently writing a thesis, Reconfiguration of the Notion of Experience in Technological Poetics, for a master’s degree in Communication Design from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Daniel previously earned a master’s degree in Latin American and Argentine Film and Theatre Studies, a specialist certification in Communication Design, and a BA in Image and Sound Design—all also from the University of Buenos Aires, where he has served as an assistant professor and researcher since 2012.
