UCLA REMAP

Center for Research in Engineering, Media and Performance

Zoë Chavez

Sklar Entertainment Innovation Fellow, 2022.

Zoë Chavez is a third-year undergraduate Theater major focusing on Design & Production. She believes in approaching design and storytelling from an interdisciplinary lens, reflected in her interests ranging from scenic and costume design to game development.

Outside of her work in theater, Zoë is an officer for UCLA’s game development club, ACM Studio, for which she has led multiple student game projects and given tutorials on narrative design. She hopes that her dedication to entertainment across disciplines will lead to a career that allows her to examine the interaction between virtual media and tactile live experiences.
